General Terms and Conditions for all Subscriptions

Cancellation:

Your subscription can be cancelled at any time by simply emailing Ollie@Rudis.Beer. Any cancellation must be made by 11.59pm on the Sunday prior to your next Thursday delivery.

Updating your details:

You can update and change the contact or billing details of your subscription at any time by simply emailing Ollie@Rudis.Beer. Any update or change must be made by 11.59pm on the Sunday prior to your next Thursday delivery.

Refunds:

No refunds will be given on beer already delivered, unless (in the unlikely event) there is a fault with the product.

Delivery:

The cost of delivery is included with your purchase.

Rudi's Beer reserves the right to charge additional reasonable delivery charges for your Rudi's Beer.

Prices:

These are subject to change. Any changes in price will be communicated prior.

Payment:

A valid credit card is the only accepted form of payment for the subscription service

We'll send a receipt of payment to the email address provided

Other:

We will do our best to deliver the beer COLD - but this is not guaranteed.

We will deliver your beer on Thursdays (and only Thursdays).
